Turn and recovery position were very quick and effective (albeit a bit brusque), but your breathing check was too short (you counted to 10 in 5 seconds).

Don’t take pressure of cut. Too aggressive shouting at casualty. Don’t hold the neck when towing in and checking for breathing

Overall

Aggressive demands from the team mate to stop hitting the boat. Its not a bob in the serc.
